Janis hosting FREE all-levels yoga classes for our Mayfield community every Thursday. Yoga rookies welcome! 
Jan, a Mayfield past parent and former trustee, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) who regularly volunteers her services as an instructor for the mothers at our sister Holy Child ministry, South Central LAMP, and in L.A. County jails through Prison Yoga & Meditation.
