Creative, focused, curious and persistent, Alex can figure things out from advanced-level math, science and music theory problems to performing music on clarinet and flute with technical ability, phrasing and emotional lines. Alex has been a joy to have in my classes and her music will be greatly missed. Her serious efforts have paid off and she deserves every bit of it. As she graduates from Mayfield and begins a whole new chapter in her life, we know she will continue to achieve great things in the future. Stay true to yourself, Alex and reach high.
