Mayfield is not an ordinary high school. It is the place that becomes your second home and where you meet the people that you look forward to seeing everyday. Mayfield has always been there for me and pushed me to become a better version of myself even when I doubted myself—I always have support no matter what.

— Danay D. '21

Even if it's hard for you this year to choose a high school because you can't visit, listen to the experience of the girls and picture yourself in their shoes. Hopefully you'll get a sense of how special Mayfield feels!

— Mia M. '22

Mayfield is a place that challenges you but is extremely supportive. The teachers want you to succeed and are willing to offer help and one-on-one practice. It is a place you'll long to be because everything you love is there: friends, food, sports, school (yes—school at Mayfield is fun!), arts, and many more.

— Kelly Y. '22

I love the Mayfield community, and the fact that I know I have both so many opportunities to try new things and the support to try them without feeling self-conscious. I love the friends that I have made here and the new things that I have been able to try. Everyone at Mayfield is so welcoming and it has so much to offer, no matter what you are interested in.

— Sofia O. '23

Mayfield is where I finally learned how to express myself. Here I have found my voice through the arts and the amazing community of staff and my friends. There's something for everyone—you will find your community at Mayfield and it's accepting and loving. When you come to Mayfield, you find people who want to see the best in you, and there are opportunities and resources to help you get there.

— Holly G. '23

I can go on for days explaining why I enjoy all the different aspects of Mayfield! The academics are challenging and motivating, and I feel as if everyday I can come home and share with my family that I have gained more knowledge. The support from teachers, staff, and other students is astounding. If I have questions, or need help, someone is always there to guide me. Mayfield sparked my enjoyment for going to school.

— Kayla T. '22

I love that at Mayfield, you can participate in whatever you like and try so many different things to expand your interests. I also love how welcoming the community is and the amazing friends I have made. At Mayfield, you can truly be whoever you want to be. It gives you an opportunity to find yourself while giving you an amazing education beyond what is written in the textbooks. The faculty and staff really go above and beyond to make you successful and provide you with all the support you need to succeed.
