All Conservatory Auditions & Placement

Location: Hayden - Student Commons - Stud Comm
All students will meet in the Student Commons at 2:00 p.m. and then disperse for auditions or placement meetings.
Please email your arts teacher directly if you have any questions about preparation. We are happy to help! 

Creative Writing: Kimberly Gomez
Ms. Gomez will not be able to meet with students on the placement day, but asks that prospective students email to arrange a placement meeting and to please include recent samples of their writing.

Dance: Denise Leitner
Ms. Leitner will meet with incoming and prospective students. Please come prepared to dance.

Theatre: Maryanne Householder
Incoming and prospective students may email Ms. Householder directly with any questions about the program.

Technical Theatre: Phillip Velasco
Incoming and prospective students may email Mr. Velasco directly with any questions about the program.

Visual Arts — Drawing & Painting: Amy Green & Cassandra Gonzales
Ms. Green and Ms. Gonzales will meet with incoming and prospective students and be on-hand to answer questions about the Visual Arts: Drawing and Painting program.

Visual Arts — Photography, Film and Media: Paul Tzanetopoulos
Mr. Tzanetopoulos will not be able to meet with students on the placement day but prospective students may email him directly with questions.

Vocal Music: Andrew Alvarez
Mr. Alvarez will be on hand to answer questions.

Instrumental Music: Christin Hablewitz
Instrumental conservatory members and potential members will prepare two short (about 1-2 minutes) contrasting pieces that demonstrate their interest and ability on their preferred instrument. Students should email Ms. Hablewitz to schedule a specific time.
