Expert Teachers. Champions of Her Learning: Our Departments & Faculty

At Mayfield, exceptional education begins with exceptional educators. Our faculty are more than teachers—they are scholars, mentors, and specialists in girls' education. Combining advanced subject mastery with an intentional, highly supportive approach, our educators understand the unique ways girls grow, learn, and lead. Within every department and in every classroom, our faculty create academically robust, innovative, and responsive learning experiences that nurture our students’ ability and agency, expanding their horizons and possibilities.
