Musicians shine at annual Music in May concert

The Vocal and Instrumental Conservatories performed their annual Music in May concert on Thursday, May 22. Highlighting the musical talents of students in both Conservatories through ensembles and solos, this concert is the highlight of the Music Conservatories’ growth throughout the year.
This year’s concert featured Claire Bernardin ’14, from Instrumental Conservatory, and Kenna Banuelos ’14 and Sydney Gronroos ’14, from Vocal Conservatory, as the graduating seniors in the Conservatories. All of these students received four-year department awards for their respective Conservatories at Awards Night.

The concert showcased the breath of musical talent the students have, ranging from current pop culture songs to more traditional choral pieces.
